Dear Readers, There was nothing I enjoyed more than story time in the evenings when my boys were young. My hope in publishing Jax’s Big Adventure is that it will inspire young readers and their parents to not only read the book, but to dive into it in a deeper context. I have developed a list of questions I feel are great discussion topics that will lead a reader to go ‘beyond’ the text. If you are a teacher, I encourage you to purchase a class set to have in your guided reading library. Feel free to use my list of questions or come up with your own. If you do, please let me know so I can add them to my list. Teacher collaboration is so vital in our field. I also hope to hear from my readers.
